AsteriskDialer CTI bundle

Fixed a possible memory leak pointed out by Helge
Added a missing #import pointed out by Helge
fixed general compilation error, pointed out by Adam
For ease of use and the AsteriskDialer is generally a new module on its own, I
just created a tar.gz instead of a patch.
