Description of problem:
When I try to install opengroupware on debian etch I can't install
apache2-mod-ngobjweb because it depends on apache2-common. apache2-common was
replaced with apache2.2-common so the dependency blocks installation and Debian
Etch tries to install apache with libapache-mod-ngobjweb
