Description of problem:
Selection of "every last" in combination with "Wednesday" misplaces some
occurrences of a recurring meeting.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new appointment
2. Cycle="monthly"; "every last"; "Wednesday"; Cycle End="2010-01-31"
3."save" the appointment
    
Actual results:

I created a test with the above parameters using the "new" link from 2006-01-01
(though I don't think the initiation date matters).  The appointments created in
OGo occur on 2007-01-31 (correct), 2007-02-25 (Sunday, incorrect), 2007-03-28
(correct), 2007-04-24 (Tuesday, incorrect), 2007-05-30 (correct), 2007-06-26
(Tuesday - incorrect), ...

Additional info:
Similarly, "every last", "Tuesday" missed the correct date for February 2007,
February 2008, February 2009
