patch to allow send appointment notifications via Jabber

This patch adds the possibility to send jabber/xmpp messages via sendxmpp
(http://sendxmpp.platon.sk/). The Default AptNotifyJabberEnabled has to be set
to YES, then the user can select sending notifications via Jabber. An
ExtendedPublicPersonAttribute called jabberid is used to store the jabberids of
the accounts. The user that runs skyjobnotify as a cron job has to have
sendxmpp configured with a configuration file.
