Description of problem:
The package sope4.5-gdl1-postgresql 4.5.svn855-1 depends on the packages libpq3
that is no longer in sid.

libpq3 seems to be replaced by libpq4.

sope4.5-gdl1-postgresql 4.5.svn855-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to install sope4.5-gdl1-postgresql.

Actual Results:  unresolvable dependency
