The definition of this field in the extended attributes allowes a wider range 
of the usage of it, instead of using it together with SkyDialLink.
So whereever it is possible to define extended attributes, it is possible to 
define a xmpp: url link, with the patch from bug #1852. Is the SkyDialLink 
available via a type = XXX? in extended attributes?
If I see it correct, is not that easy to add Telephones fields via Defaults to 
anything else than persons and companies.
