Another bug causes the folder creation to fail:

in sope-gdl1/Oracle8/OracleAdaptorChannel.m:
the definition for c_deleted should be "NULL" instead of "NOT NULL".
Same thing in PostgreSQL/PostgreSQL72Channel.m.
