Description of problem:
per default the SkyProject4DocumentSearch is set to be an AND connector. This enhancement allows the user in the webui to decide whether AND or OR operator for the fields should be used. 
*strings for English and German included.

This is mostly copied from LSWPersonAdvancedSearch.
