Description of problem:
Doing an appointment::set with a participants key removes & inserts participant
assignments;  in some cases this causes loss of assignment attributes like
comment and status if the update did not include those values.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
TRUNK

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Update an appointment without modifying participants via XML-RPC, or in some
cases with zOGI.

Actual Results:  Assignment attributes are lost.

Expected Results:  Record would be updated in place leaving unprovided values as-is.

Additional info:

LSDateAssignmentComment already contains a TODO note to this effect.
