Description of problem:
the patch to add the ability for the user to either match all or one search operator in the document search in SkyProject4Desktop class.

The radio buttons are below the input fields, the search button moved from the right also below the input fields.

A similar facelift is done to SkyProject4DocumentSearch.html.
