Description of problem:
Additional to the description of the bug #1946 the free/busy information is not
correct. When you want to create a new appointement and use free/busy, all
private appointments are excluded...

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a private appointment
2. create a new appointment (for example in a group calendar)
3. try to use the free/busy information
    
Actual results:
all private appointments are not shown as booked.

Expected results:
all timeslots used by private appointments should be shown as booked
