Description of problem:
Creation of multi-day appointment works but event does not appear on the
calendar until the remote calendar is reloaded.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
TRUNK

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a multi-day event
    

Actual Results:  Event does not immediately appear on calendar.

Expected Results:  Event will appear on calendar.

Additional info:

Event appears after calendar is reloaded.  Maybe be related to Bug#1874.  Don't
know if this is an issue with Sunbird/Lightning or caused by the response
specific to ZideStore
