Description of problem:
I recently upgraded one OGo installation from an "old" and solid 1.0 to a recent
1.1 (since that is what is available for Debian etch). Both installations are
still available and are connecting to the same database, running on a separate
machine.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do a search in Contacts that return any names with swedish letters (åäö, or
even é and others).



Actual Results:  In the recent version 1.1 I get the following:

Expected Results:  When doing the same with version 1.0 I get the correct behaviour.
