After reading your comment to bug #1960 I assume this crasher is caused by the
same problem, you did not changed the database encoding between the upgrade of
1.1.3. to 1.1.7.

Hum, I've starting using OGo since 1.1.3, then upgrading to 1.1.6 and then
upgrading to 1.1.7 a couple of weeks ago.

It's a Gentoo box, compiled from svn branches :

SOPE :
http://svn.opengroupware.org/SOPE/releases/4.7.1-fwd/

OGo :
http://svn.opengroupware.org/OpenGroupware.org/releases/1.1.7-close/

And gnustep-make is the provided one in SOPE/gnustep-make.

Is this could be related to the database encoding ?
I know there was some changes about this, but cannot remember when it changed.
