Don't know about this one.  It adds a default "AptNotifyJabberEnabled", requires
bug#1852 (an additional hard-coded extended attribute type), and a dependecy on
"sendxmpp".

I think zOGI's getNotifications is a better solution as users can script
whatever notification behavior they want.  And it saves having to add every kind
of behavior to the already very ugly appointment notification bug.

An example notification script is available at
http://code.google.com/p/zogi/wiki/ExampleNotificationScript and zOGI's
getNotifications provides the value of the imAddress field.
