updated patch again

changes since last patch:
- the values of the extended attributes are shown in the LSWJobViewer.
- added deletion of properties to LSWDeleteJobCommand.
- cleanup

again, updated patch

- fixed bug, now it also saves the extended attributes, when
JobReferredPersonEnabled, and a job for a referred person is created.
- changed namespace to http://www.opengroupware.org/properties/ext-attr
