Updated patch, minus property deletion

Property deletion portion of patch removed,  patch to LSDeleteJobCommand was
included in Bug#1976

r2114 contains support for *viewing* extended attributes on jobs.

Edit support appears to be dropping attributes not in ext-attr namespace when
the job is saved.
