missing woapp.make (was Re: [OGo-Developer] noob question on building sope-appserver)

Oh well, those gnustep-make compatibility issues ;-/ SOPE trunk (and  
the latest package) only works with the latest gnustep-make. I think :-/

Best thing to do is to delete the GNUstep make root inside the SOPE  
tree. Fetch and configure and make install the latest gnustep-make  
package from www.gnustep.org.
Then rerun configure in SOPE. And build.

I need to upgrade the builtin gnustep-make to the latest version.
