Well, wrt the sources, you can and probably should use the gnustep-
make from the GNUstep website. BUT wrt the binaries (configured
gnustep-make!) we need to have two different GNUstep makes (installed
into different locations) because we configure GNUstep in a different
way.
OGo with this library combo:
gnu-fd-nil (GNU ObjC runtime, libFoundation library, no GUI)
while the default gstep-make will be configured like this:
gnu-gnu-gnu (GNU ObjC runtime, GNUstep-Base Library, GNU GUI)
Of course the longterm goal is to move OGo to GNUstep Base and drop
libFoundation. Maybe we'll manage this year, maybe not ;-)
Summary: the resulting package must be named ogo-gnustep or
something, but the source tree can be the upstream sources from the
GNUstep site.
