Ah!  The ChangeLog in WebUI/Resources,  I looked in
WebUI/Resources/German.lproj and WebUI/Resources/English.lproj and
didn't see a ChangeLog file.

And the ChangeLog in WebUI/Templates applies to all the template
directories.
