No, unfortunately not.  And I've looked! Open Source Accounting /
Line-Of-Business apps are seriously wanting.

Possibly, but it seems like it would be more a project for someone from
the SQLLedger side to integrate to OGo.  OGo already provides lots of
functionality for being integrated-to.  Integrating would require
someone sufficiently familiar with the client application, IMHO.
