[OGo-Developer] search operator for SkyProject4DocumentSearch

Hi,

I uploaded a patch to add the possibility to choose between and AND or OR 
connection of the search qualifier to search for documents within projects. 
It is mostly copied from LSWPersonAdvancedSearch. *strings files for English 
and German are included.

It would be great if someone could take a look and maybe apply it to the 
tree.

Now I go on try to add the saveSearch for SkyProject4DocumentSearch ;).
