We have:
- translation@ogo => main coordination of all translations
- users-fr@ogo    => French user list (some 20 messages, please check 
the archives)
- discuss-fr@ogo  => French discussion list (almost empty)

I think Sophie called French people to join users-fr for French 
translation coordination, maybe you should contact her directly to move 
things forward !

I did not receive a single translation yet, though a lot of people 
volunteered :-( Maybe I can help out with something to get things going 
?
