BTW: it wouldn't be the goal to store arbitrary amounts of IM  
accounts. The large majority of people (contacts/accounts) have  
exactly one IM account they actively use.
So the goal would be to store that one efficiently and correctly. If  
we add additional accounts as extra fields, that should be OK. But  
there is little point in not using the existing primary field (if  
possible).
