Admins have access to a script that lists all members. Currently there are 
3435 accounts in the system which clearly needs some gardening. The existing 
script does not provide a variable for the size of the account. If it could 
be rewritten to test for a known value, then a secondary function could 
programatically delete the account. Such a script is beyond me to write
