Looked at it yesterday briefly. Then took a look at the various strings. First
for me is to get orientated on the 'scope' of the task. As far as I can see
all required strings are located
in /opt/opengroupware.org/Resources/English.lproj but I may be incorrect in
that.

Next think I did was to start to test out a simple work protocal. Its rather
simple to convert these strings to a spreadsheet (OOo) just labour intensive
as I don't know how to script this with OOo. Its a simple import with the
delimiter being "="

The reason that I chose a spread sheet format is simple. Its an easily
edittable form and change requests can be enterred into the same sheet. Now
docs.ogo~.org is not webdav enable for security reasons. However,
developer.opengroupware.org is with appropriate controls in place. So one way
of executing this (regardless of the file format used) is to create a project
on developer.org~.org and use a webdav enable editor, ie: emax, vi/cadaver,
kate, OpenOffice to complete the task. OGo does have redimentary version
controll, and so does OOo..:)

Wrt to policies from what I have read Wil it looks good to me, however as I am
not clear yet on the scope, this needs to get done first.

Thanks for kicking this off as its been needed for a while..
