OK. We can have a separate en_US.lproj, thats not a big deal. UK 
English should be the basis and the fallback (since English.lproj is 
more or less hardcoded in a lot of places as the fallback).

BTW: Please don't propose changes which imply work ;-) [eg holidays 
might go in this direction, don't know]
For 1.0 I'm mostly willing to accept patches which just fix existing 
things (eg ensure case consistency).
