Short post as I travelling.

1. Please provide us with the names of the persons on the team and one 
person who will be in charge of the effort.
2. You will be provided with and .sxw format file or single .html file 
(.sxw currently available at the site for download)
3. You will be provided with access to all images so that you may 
duplicate these in italian
4. Public presentation and release of the work will be done in the 
following formats:
       - versioned pdf file
       - versioned .sxw file
       - versioned text files that will be loaded into plone for public 
display and access.
5. the current plone installation is fully internationalized so if the 
browser default language is Italian, the site navigation feature all 
currently display in Italian. Feel free to test it and confirm.
6. If you want to run you own setup on you own server and the main site 
simply link to the Italian documentation this is possible and we can 
help you wit the setup. Our preferance however is that all language 
sites be complete mirrors with documentation archived on a central server.
7. CVS/SVN can be setup as needed.
