Chris,

Wow, I got really backed up.  I'm just now sorting through the email in
this account.  I haven't looked at it in weeks.  You can imagine the
number of emails in here.

Yes, I wish to contribute further.  Email me a list of things that you
would like added to the doc and I will start working on it right away.
