Quick Review based on Kcompare review (actually a nice tool for this)
source: LSWScheduler.strings.patch

1. Protocal used is to change lower case to upper case. 
2. lines 195,196,197 seem to be inconsistent
eg: "Hours for end time......
should this not be ....End Time....?
3. Several more examples and lines itemized if and when there is a need to 
change this.
