You don't need all this. Just fetch the current trunk using wget, that
is:

libfoundation-trunk-latest.tar.gz

This is automagically recreated from Svn every n hours.

Yes. Of course it would need to look sufficiently good ;-)
Also it would be nice to have two versions, one which only includes
SOPE and one which is SOPE + OGo.
