I'm not entirely sure I understand that answer. Yes, an installation 
documentation would be excellent and very welcome. But, no, 
installation issues are not solved on this list, they are intended to 
get documented here.

Honestly - I'm unable to follow your point nor do I understand what it 
has to do with the process of creating a documentation.
