[OGo-Documentation] ogo debugging paramters

Hi,

To start some development documentation, I compiled a list of OGo Defaults 
that might be useful when it comes to debug OGo behavior. The Defaults are 
taken from the OGo Defaults list there in plone.

Where I felt able, I tried to explain them a bit, and added example 
debugging output. 

While just starting to write a bit about OGo in gdb, I came across an
explanation on the GNUstep site. So I only refer to there and talk about the 
WOUseWatchdog.

This is work in progress, missing pieces, corrections, hints for additions 
are welcome.
