[OGo-Evolution] working mangling daemon allowing basic OGo-Evolution

Hi there,

small update.

Thanks to Erik's work I was able to fix ZideStore to provide at least 
minimal Evo Connector 2.0.2 connectivity. That is, you can now properly 
login at ZideStore and even see some data.
Currently Connector crashes when a task folder is selected (we'll find 
out why ;-)

Of course it still has loads of issues, but I think together with the 
Perl work by Erik and the excellent Connector documentation by Dan 
Winship we can make it ;-)

I currently have the impression that this might be a pragmatic way to 
go:
1) try to get most things working with Connector
2) fork & strip down Connector to what ZideStore provides
3) add ZideStore/OGo specific enhancements / optimisations
