This could be an option for ZideStore. Actually such a default is 
already available for the group folders (which do not show group 
overviews per default).

Only the read access group matters. And this is automatic for ZideStore 
(based on the folder).

Yes, I think this happens if the appointment is private and was created 
by the account, but the account itself is not a participant.
Overview (AFAIK) only shows appointments where the account is a 
participant.
