Fixed. In ex2ogo-0.1.2 it seems that Overview (display name in evo)
displays all items of the user itsself and Calendar (display name in
evo) displays everything from the entire group.
I have no idea what those folders refer to as the folder mangling code
was a real mess. Actually I don't care either at the moment.
