Simple. From Skyrix side work starts if the work is contracted.

AFAIK it does work for contacts, don't know about other things.

Personally I consider looking into Exchange connector 1.5 compatibility 
in ZideStore after OGo 1.0 is released. This is probably not too hard 
to do on the server side and the client side is taken care of.
