[OGo-Evolution] Improving the Ogo connector

Hi Helge,
Any help is great. As you might have guessed we have asked Shreyas to
finish off the connector. It is a good idea to set up a svn repositry on
download.opengroupware.org and give Shreyas access to it.

He discovered that the contact part of the connector needs a lot of
reworking, though reading works. We are now investigating an in between
version where all calendar functionality works and Contacts and Task are
in read only mode. This will be sufficient for most production
environments to start with. After this he will work on tasks and
contacts.
