[OGo-Evolution] Groupdav website update

Hi Helge,
Is it possible to update the groupdav.org site? We could update the
links (to the cvs) and name the new people? It would be nice if we also
keep the old references and names. We might also make a page with the
cookbook I wrote in a previous mail, so everyone can compile the
connector easily.
