The e-book and the e-cal api's are quite stable now since a large
number of applications ranging from clock panel to open office
use evolution-data-server.
The code i committed has a 2.8 dependency, but that dependency
is academical. Just change the version of evolution-plugins required
in the configure script and everything should still work.

It works well enough with the stable gnome version, trying to make it
stop bleeding itself first ;-)

Hmmm... either is ok with me. As long as the connector works with most
GROUPDAV servers and implements some useful features in the Ogo
server.
