[OGo-Evolution] Groupdav implementation for the connector

Hi,
After some internal discussion, we have decided to stick to the groupdav
implementation for the evolution connector. The reason is that we want
to give people the freedom to choose any client or server they want.

We also have users on thunderbird, therefore it would be great if also
thunderbird gets a groupdav implementation. It will then be crucial that
both clients (evolution and thunderbird) can do, and will do the same
thing. For this we need every server or client on the block to be able
to talk to each other, Groupdav seems a good way to achieve this.

Also we want to secure attention of a larger group for the maintenance
and development of the connector (our company can only do this much, and
can't fund the connector forever).

We will therefore also rename objects in the code to remove all specific
opengroupware names, and also in the server type, which you choose when
you create an account, it should say "GroupDav" instead of
opengroupware.org. Any suggestions about how to write it exactly?

For the first version we are almost there, we have some bugs and will
also implement the caching for the Contacts. This should get people and
companies going.

After this we will look at a more full featured version.

We specifically invite people to test the connector and enter bugs in
the bugzilla (http://bugzilla.opengroupware.org). Our testing schemes
are unfortunately rather limited. At this moment we test on evolution
2.6.1 and zidestore 1.5.
