You can export OGO_DEBUG=1 and run evolution-data-server at terminal
and you should get some debug spew which should tell you whats happening.
If you are well verse with gdb, then i could help you debug too :-)

Appointments and meetings, Although meetings have a CN bug
which Helge fixed in the trunk, i will fix it in the connector too.
