[OGo-Evolution] Compile error on Ubuntu Edgy

Even I kept getting this bug.

FOr Some reason, in the plugins/config/Makefile, the variable
PLUGIN_INSTALL_DIR is not being set.

A Possible (temporary) work around is to set the value manually in the
file.

Could you please file a bug report?
