It is used in some places, eg NGBundleManager, so we have to be careful 
not to break anything!

I've replace some with !COCOA_Foundation_LIBRARY, but I'm actually not 
sure whether that is the way to go. What I really need is a compile 
time flag which tells me, whether the produced executable shall use the 
GNUstep environment for resource discovery.

This is actually a bit complicated by the fact that we want to use 
GNUstep-make for compilation on OSX.

But I still agree, that we need to remove that GNUSTEP define 
altogether.
