The 'so' key does some automatic detection of which HTTP protocol is  
being used (based on user agent, method, content etc etc).
Using 'dav' ensures that we are in 'WebDAV mode', so its the better  
choice for GroupDAV clients.

(other modes are things like XML-RPC or SOAP)
