[GroupDAV] Settings for SyncML phone and Funambol GroupDAV plugin

The "./" seems wrong;  my log entries look like -
[Sep 30, 2006 1:27:19 PM] INFO: 363D114C/adam: database
'groupdav-overview' found

Sync still doesn't work, but it finds the database. :)
