Ok.  Now I have:
GroupDAV URL = http://gourd-amber:80/zidestore
Server Source = dav/%USER%/public/Calendar/

AND I SEE CONNECTIONS TO ZIDESTORE! :)

But, unfortunately,  now ZideStore seems to be having issues...
