As mentioned, please only do this if the given entity contains no  
RRULE. If it contains an RRULE, its most likely useless w/o a  
timezone / in UTC ...

PS: I think even though OGo doesn't parse vtimezone, it will at least  
use the timezone configured by the user in the web interface for non- 
Z times. Because this usually matches the client timezone, it often  
works. Less than perfect though ;-/
