[GroupDAV] GroupDAV connector installed, but noop

Times are now in UTC like they should be, some issues in JGroupDAV  
fixed, and hacks added to remove bad vcard/ical that KAddressBook/ 
KOrganizer is storing.

Funambol does have this functionality, at least if you have  
administrator access. Search then double click on a device in the  
devices pane.

By default the connector will attempt a conversion to UTC, regardless  
of input. If your device sends correct UTC time/time conversion is  
still out hit the 'convert time' checkbox and change the timezone.
