[GroupDAV] Another Funambol connector update

As of the previous version (1790), timezone problems shouldn't be  
giving anyone grief anymore, but some people will probably have to  
set the timezone for the devices in the admin tool as I mentioned.  
While the field for the path to the timezone file is still there,
its not used for a now, a future version will restore it for  
recurrences like it should be.

I've fixed some bugs with the address sync source - updates weren't  
working correcting, and clients doing slow syncs would cause  
duplicate objects to be created because they left the UID: field out.

Hopefully this time the connector will be truly stable.
